The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted light to moderate rains across all eight divisions, including Dhaka, over 24 hours starting from 9 am on Saturday.
According to the BMD’s regular bulletin, “Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty winds are likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh.
