Abdullah Al Mamun, a political worker of Bangladesh Liberal Democracy Party (LDP), assaulted in USA recently, family members said.
He was actively associated with LDP while in Bangladesh. Besides these, he has engaged himself directly in various socio-cultural and political activities.
He was a victim of political revenge in Bangladesh and faced extensive torture including assault cases. After suffering from the attack case, he migrated to America. Even after going to America, he is being tortured for unknown reasons.
Mr Al Mamun feels unsafe in USA. He wants BD government’s support.
