LCI distributes food items among flood victims

Lions Clubs International (LCI) District 315B-1, Bangladesh distributed relief to flood affected people in Sylhet, Habiganj and Moulvibazar on Thursday, on the premises of Sharifganj Union Parishad of Golapganj Upazila adjacent to Hakaluki Haor of Sylhet, the world’s largest Saline distributed food items: rice, pulses, oil, salt, onions, potatoes, chira, mudri and food to two hundred families affected by the floods in the area. The international service organization that provides the service is Lions Clubs International.
Earlier on Wednesday they distributed these food items among thousands of families in Habiganj Sadar and Moulvibazar Sadar.
During the distribution of relief materials, the Lions Club leaders said that currently their service activities are spread in more than 210 countries around the world. Lions Club International is extending a helping hand to people wherever natural disasters occur in the world.
