Kishoreganj youth jailed for eve -teasing

A mobile court on Saturday noon sentenced a youth named Shipon Mia (21) to 22 months rigorous imprisonment charge of teasing a school girl of Keshera Shamsul Islam Girls School in Hossionpur of Kishoreganj.
The Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) also Executive Magistrate Anindya Mandal handed down the verdict on Sunday. The convict Shipon Miah is the son of Billal Hossain in Gobindpur of Hossionpur Upazila. Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Kishoreganj, Kazi Mohua Momtaj confirmed this information to the New Nation.
ADM said on the way to school on Saturday around 10:45 am., Convicted Shipon Mia abused and harassed the student. Later some locals arrested him and informed the Upazila Administration.
