Reigning champions Bashundhara Kings will face Bangladesh Police Football Club in their sixth match of the Bangladesh Premier League Football at Rafique Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh today. The match will kick-off at 2:45pm.
Earlier, Police Football Club lost to Bashundhara Kings in their Federation Cup Football on Tuesday last.
Dhaka Abahani Limited will take on Fortis Football Club at the Bashundhara Kings Arena in the capital in the day’s other match, while Brothers Union will meet Fakirerpool Youngmens Club at the Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj in the day’s other match.
Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited led the points table securing maximum 15 points from five matches.
Dhaka Abahani Limited and Rahmatganj MFS earned 12 points each from five matches. By virtue of better goal difference, Rahmatganj MFS took the second spot in the points table, while Dhaka Abahani Limited took the third position in the points table.
Brothers Union Club took the fourth position bagging eight points from five matches.
Bashundhara Kings took the fifth position gaining seven points from five matches.
Police Football Club took the sixth spot earning six points from as many outings.
Fortis Football Club took the seventh position earning five points, while Dhaka Wanderers Club took the eighth spot collecting four points, while Fakirerpool Youngmens Club took the ninth position with three points and Chttagong Abahani Limited took the bottom position with naught.
