BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia sat in a meeting with her party’s standing committee members on Thursday night to work out the its next course of action and finalise their decisive movement strategy.
The meeting began around 9:25pm at the BNP chairperson’s Gulshan political office.
Earlier, she sat with her advisers on Monday and vice-chairmen and joint secretaries general on Tuesday.
Party sources said Khaleda is likely to share the views of her advisers and senior leaders with the BNP policymakers.
She will discuss with the party standing committee members the country’s overall political situation, work out their movement strategy and finalise the next action programmes to force the government to hold snap polls under a non-party administration.
