Khulna Agricultural University (KHU), the first pioneer of higher agricultural education and research in the southwestern part of the country, has entered its 11th year after a glorious journey of 10 years. Khulna Agricultural University was established on July 14, 2015.
To mark the day, a cake was cut to celebrate the founding anniversary. The treasurer of the university, Professor Dr. Shamim Ahmed Kamal Uddin Khan, was present as the chief guest. In addition, Registrar (Acting) Md. Rezaul Islam, Delwar Hossain, and teachers, students, officers and employees of various departments were also present on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor.
At that time, the Treasurer said in his speech, ‘Khulna Agricultural University has already been able to build confidence in the country’s higher education and research. The university is on the way to becoming a complete entity by combining almost all branches of knowledge and science, and the students of Khulna Agricultural University will go a long way towards building a prosperous Bangladesh.’
