ASM Kamrul Islam, Chairman, Kulaura Upazila has been selected best Upazila chairman in Sylhet Division recently . He has also won best chairman award last three years in Moulvibazar district level.

Md. Meshbah Uddin Chowdhury, Divisional Commissioner of Sylhet told Kamrul’s motivation style and charisma has been a “role model” for the entire work in the Upazila.
