Jute and Textiles minister Imajuddin Pramanik and state minister Mirza Azam paid a visit to Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC) on Sunday. Secretary of the ministry Fani Bhusan Chowdhury accompanied them.
The ministers held a meeting with the directors and high officials of BJMC and exchanged pleasantries with them. BJMC officials apprised them the achievements, challenges and future plans of the corporation.
Imajuddin Pramanik expressed his determination to infuse more dynamism in the offices under the Jute and Textile Ministry as per electoral commitment of the government. He stressed on proper management and utilization of assets under the BJMC.
