The 20th session of the 11th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) and fourth session of 2022 began yesterday with Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair.
The day’s proceedings began around 4:31pm with the recitation from the Holy Quran, reports BSS.
Meanwhile, a five-member panel of chairmen was nominated by Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury for the 20th session of the 11th parliament on Sunday.
The panel members are Abdus Shahid MP, Md Mokbul Hossain MP, Md. Monowar Hossain Chowdhury MP, Kazi Firoz Rashid MP and Suborna Mustafa MP, reports UNB.
The Speaker announced their names at the beginning of the session.
They will conduct Parliament proceedings in chronological order in absence of the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker.
