The injured cameraperson of Jamuna TV, Rasel Mahmud was rushed to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Apollo Hospital, in the capital, earlier on Monday. Sohrab Hasan, a fellow journalist said that Rasel Mahmud received injuries on Sunday night when a group of internee doctors of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) allegedly attacked on him while he was on his assignment, at around 11.00 pm. The internee doctors at the time hit on his head with sticks that left him severely injured on the spot. Later, Rasel Mahmud was rushed to the local hospital and later he was taken to the capital’s Apollo Hospital, in critical condition. — risingbd.com
