BSS, Chittagong :
Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) arrested a Jamaat cadre from city’s Halishahar area on Sunday.
The arrestee was identified as Ahmed Ali Khan Mukti, 42, an employee of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC).
Mukti who led different sabotage acts in the city and was wanted in several cases was arrested from Halishahar B-Block residential area around 1pm, said SM Tanvir Arafat, Additional Deputy Commissioner of CMP (West).
