Chairman of the Cricket Operations Committee of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Jalal Yunus resigned from his post on Monday. He submitted his resignation letter to the National Sports Council (NSC). Jalal Yunus was included in the BCB as director from quota of the NSC.
Jalal Yunus did not take part in the election of the Board of Directors of the BCB. He was directly included in the BCB by NSC. There is a process in the BCB that two directors can be nominated by NSC and then they were included as BCB directors without elections. Ahmed Sazzadul Alam Bobby was also included as Director of the BCB. His resignation is matter of time.
