International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) is set to host one of the country’s largest employment-focused events, the “Dhaka Bank Present IUBAT Career Festival 2025,” on Saturday. The day-long festival will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the IUBAT campus in Uttara, creating opportunities for young job seekers to build careers in their dream organizations.
This year, nearly 130 reputed local and international companies and organizations will participate in the festival, offering recruitment opportunities for over 1200 vacancies.
The event is open to IUBAT graduates and students, many of whom will have the chance to go through on-spot CV submission, primary screening, and interviews conducted by participating employers.
The festival will allow job seekers to interact directly with company representatives, helping them understand required skills, qualifications, and career readiness for various job roles. These interactions will enable students to gain real-world insights into different industries and better prepare themselves as competent candidates in the job market. There will be ten career sessions for students with HR professionals and one panel discussion featuring top corporate leaders.
