Ishana’s challenging role

Along with her parents a female named Tondra was staying well. At one stage, her parents got separation. Tondra stayed with her father. Later her father got married again. Tondra became lonely. As a result, she started to live as like a cactus. Once Tondra was introduced with a university student named Saikot who is well-behaved person. Story continues with various incidents.
It is the story of a play titled Cactus where Lux superstar and popular actress Ishana acted in role of Tondra. Shooting of the play has already been done in Jahangirnagar University in Savar and different locations in the city’s Uttara area recently.
While sharing her feelings acting in role of Tondra in the play Ishana told this correspondent, “Often I have to be engaged in acting in many plays. But I didn’t get challenging role what I expected. But story of the play Cactus and my role Tondra gave me an opportunity to explore my acting skill. I have worked in the play with having more enthusiasm. I hope viewers will also enjoy the play.” Story of the play was written by Habib Jakaria Ullash and it was directed by Ananyo Emon. The play Cactus will go on air in any satellite channel soon, said its director Emon. In the play, popular TV actor Intekhab Dinar acted against Ishana in role of Saikot.
