Ireland National Women’s Cricket team will arrive in the city to play three-match One Day International (ODI) series and three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series against Bangladesh National Women’s Cricket team.
The three-match ODI series between Bangladesh women and Ireland women will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the capital’s Mirpur.
Bangladesh will face Ireland in the first ODI on November 27, the Tigresses will take on Ireland in the second ODI on November 30, Bangladesh will meet Ireland in the third ODI on December 2. The three-match ODI series is the part of International Cricket Council (ICC) ODI Women’s Championship. All the matches will start at 10:00am (Bangladesh Standard Time).
After playing the ODI series, the Tigresses and Ireland women will go to Sylhet to play three-match T20I series.
Bangladesh will take on Ireland in the first T20I at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on December 5, the Tigresses will meet the Irish women in the second T20I at the same venue on December 7. The first two T20I matches will start at 2:00pm. Bangladesh women will meet Ireland in the last T20I match at the same venue on December 9. The last game will begin at 10.00am.
