Information Technology and Satellite Communication Systems

Latest New

MD Jahedul Islam :

The origin storage and processing of information is called Information and Communications Technology. Satellite communication technology is playing a very important role in modern communication systems.

Satellites have played a major role in the development of communication systems, weather and the mysteries of the earth and space.

The biggest and most important benefit of satellite technology is in the communication system. Satellite communication system connects all the world through network.

Modern information technology is mainly used in the manufacture of satellites combining electrical and electronic devices.

Satellites are mainly used for data collection and observation. Different types of parts are used in each satellite according to the type of work.

However two common parts in every satellite are the antenna and the power source. Satellites can be of different shapes.

Antennas do the job of receiving and collecting data. Solar panels or batteries can act as the power source. Satellites are equipped with cameras and some sensors.

Based on the orbit, the satellite system is divided into Low-Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) and Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO).

Recently, in order to reduce pollution in space, Japanese scientists are planning to build artificial satellites made of wood, “Lignosat”, based on the idea of using alternative materials such as environmentally friendly wood instead of metallic materials.

Japan is also planning to officially launch into space. Artificial satellites that re-enter Earth’s atmosphere burn up to form tiny alumina (aluminum oxide) particles.

These particles can affect the Earth’s atmosphere. To solve this problem, researchers experimented with wooden artificial satellites. Information is sent from Earth to satellites via radio frequency.

Which are received by the antenna and amplified by the satellites and sent back to the earth. With the help of rockets the satellites are placed in a specific place. From there they revolve around the Earth or any other planet, star.

A satellite is an artificial object placed in orbit around the Earth or the Moon or any other planet to collect information or as a means of communication.

Thousands of man-made satellites orbit the Earth. Some of them are collecting images of different planets, some are helping meteorologists to forecast weather and predict various types of natural disasters.

Some satellites orbit to take pictures of other planets, the Sun, black holes or distant galaxies.

Developed countries are using satellites for various military purposes including strengthening of their military forces, enemy states, terrorist forces, extremists, nuclear weapons manufacturing facilities. There are separate spacecraft to put satellites into orbit.

It is called “launch vehicle” or rocket. which orbit the Earth or travel elsewhere in space for the purpose of collecting the desired information.

Satellites are launched from Earth to specific targets through rockets using advanced technology.

One of the biggest concerns in putting a satellite into orbit is keeping the gravitational acceleration and momentum of the spacecraft in balance. Satellite has made our life much easier.

If all the satellites were suddenly destroyed, the people of the whole world would be cut off from a hugely important part of communication. The global economy will collapse.
