India beat Jordan 6-3

India notched third victory in their 4th and last Group B match of the AFC U-16 Women’s Championship beating Jordan by 6-3 goals at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Thursday.
Jordan took the lead in the 10th minute through midfielder Tasneem (1-0), but forward Anushka Samuel restored the parity for India in the 19th minute (1-1).
After leveling the margin, India created strong pressure on Jordan territory and took its fruit scoring two goals in the 21st and 26th minutes through Sushmita Bardhan and Eva Panna (3-1)
Jeeda Laith Ibrahim of Jordan reduced the margin in the 52nd minute with an attempt from top of the box that kissed the Indian net after slipping from the grip of Indian goalie Shreya (3-2)
However, Anushka further widened the Indian margin scoring her 2nd goal, the 4th for her team, in the 69th minute with a gentle tap past Jordan goalie Rand Naser (4-2)
In the 75th minute, Leen Yasin Mohammed reduced the Jordanian margin (4-3).
But, two late strikes by Jabamani Tudu in the 86th with a good header and Rojae Devi in the 89th minute by an angular shot enabled India to beat Jordan by 6-3 goals.
