The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) was held through Hybrid System at Sena Convention Hall (Sena Gourab), SKS Tower, Dhaka on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Mr. K. B. M. Moin Uddin Chisty, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL presided over the meeting.
Among others, Directors Mr. Abul Quasem Haider, Mr. Mostanser Billa, Independent Director Mr. Irteza Reza Chowdhury and IFIL’s Managing Director & CEO Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain were present at the meeting. Besides, Company Secretary, Senior Executives, Officers and a large number of shareholders were present at the meeting.
