IFIC Bank has promoted 135 officers across various levels in recognition of their professional competence and contribution to sustainable growth.
According to a press release a promotion ceremony, “Celebrating Career Progression”, was held on Monday, at IFIC Tower, Dhaka. During the hybrid event, the bank’s Managing Director, Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with senior management, personally handed promotion letters to 34 officers. A further 101 officers from branches and uposhakhas received their promotion letters virtually.
Congratulating the promoted officers, Syed Mansur Mustafa said: “The greatest strength behind IFIC Bank’s progress is our employees. Committed, dedicated and efficient staff drive our institution forward. Recognising talent and success not only instils a sense of personal achievement, but also plays a vital role in creating a collaborative and inspiring environment within the organisation, further strengthening our path ahead.”
