A team of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), led by its President Maria Howlader, participated in the 87th Board Meeting of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
The team also attended SAFA Committee meetings and SAFA Conference held at Kathmandu in Nepal in April 2025.
SAFA President Ashfaq Yousuf Tola presided over the SAFA Board meeting, says a press release.
Other ICAB delegates Md. Moniruzzzaman, council member and former president, and Mahbub Ahmed Siddique, assistant executive secretary of SAFA and chief operating officer of ICAB, participated in the events of SAFA.
