IBN Sina AGM approved 60pc Cash Dividend

The IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry PLC approved 60pc Cash Dividend in its 39th AGM on Sunday.

The AGM approved the Cash Dividend after evaluating the financial report for the Year-2022-23 of the Company.

The AGM held through Digital (Virtual) Platform.

Kazi Harun-or-Rashid, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting.

Ibn Sina MD Prof. Dr. A. K. M Sadrul Islam, Directors Prof. ANMA Zaher and Professor Dr. Choudhury Mahmood Hasan and a good number of shareholders, Directors, Chairman Audit Committee, Chairman NRC, Statutory Auditors, Compliance Auditors, Independent Scrutinizer and Company Secretary were present in the event.

The meeting started at 9:30 am by recitation from the Holy Quran.
