I want to try out various roles on TV: Monica Bedi

Actress Monica Bedi says she does not want to typecast herself by doing similar roles on the small screen. The 39-year-old actress made her TV debut with a negative character on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saraswatichandra.“I don’t want to play negative roles only. As I am new to this medium, I want to explore various roles on TV and then I will decide which one I enjoy doing more,” Monica told PTI in an interview.The actress has bagged another offer on the small screen. In her second TV outing, Monica would be seen playing an animal rights activist on Zee TV’s popular show Bandhan, which chronicles the bonding between a little girl and her elephant.
