Singer Sabrina Porshi was silent after the
marriage rumours spread on Sunday. Her
family tried to avoid the matter. However,
this singer changed her mind in the afternoon
and gave her news by herself.
Porshi said she got married 10 months ago.
She posted a picture of the Aqdh ceremony on Facebook around 5:30pm on Sunday.
Then a long status that she informed, details the identity and relationship of her spouse Niloy.
Porshi wrote on Facebook, “I thought I would share the good news of marriage with everyone during the ceremony with great pictures. However, since many journalists brothers and sisters have been contacting and calling to know about the
matter, I am sharing it now with respect to them. My spouse’s name is Niloy. 15 years ago today,
I met him at the ‘Khudey Gaanraj’ competition.”
Porshi said that they got married not because
of love, but because of family decision.
The singer wrote, “We didn’t have much of
a relationship as far as love is concerned.
Birth-death-marriage is in the hands of Allah, that is the cycle of fate in which we come into each other’s lives – it is entirely a family decision.”
The Aqdh between Porshi and Niloy was completed on March 4 last year. The Porshi’s wish was to inform everyone about the wedding news.
However, she was a bit embarrassed as
the news of marriage spread before this,
but she was also happy.
Porshi also said that Niloy will return home soon. Then the formal arrangement of their
marriage will be based on the discussion
of the two families.
