Human chain in Sirajganj demands resumption of train service

A human chain was formed in Sirajganj on Thursday, calling for the immediate resumption of the inter-city ‘Sirajganj Express’ train service.
The demonstration, organized by local residents under the banner “Amra Sirajganjbasi,” took place outside the district commissioner’s office.
Among the prominent speakers were Romana Mahmud, President of the District unit BNP and former lawmaker, General Secretary Saidur Rahman Bachchu, Joint Secretaries Harun Or Rashid Khan Hasan and Noor Kayem Sabuj, Senior Lawyer Rafiq Sarkar, and Chhatra Dal President Junayed Hossain Sabuj.
