UNB, Dhaka :
A fire broke out at a high-rise building in the Katabon area of Dhaka on Monday evening.
The fire broke out around 7:30 pm on the fifth floor of the 9-storey building and spread soon, said Anwarul Islam, warehouse inspector of Fire Service and Civil Defence headquarters.
On information, ten firefighting units rushed to the spot and are trying to bring the blaze under control, he added.
No casualties were reported until the filing of this report.
