English Premier League footballer and Bangladesh-origin booter Hamza Choudhury will make his debut at home. Bangladesh will take on Singapore in their home match of the Group-C of the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers at the National Stadium in the capital on June 10.
The football lovers of the country are interested to watch the gala match at the prime venue of the country. Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is under pressure to fulfill the demand of the spectators and also arrange the football match in a be-fitting manure.
Marking the vital match, the meeting of the Competition Committee of the BFF was held at the Bangladesh Football Federation on Thursday. Chairman of the Competition Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of BFF and former footballer of Bangladesh National Football team Golam Gaus said, ” All the spectators of the country are eagerly waiting to watch the match of Hamza Choudhury.
Besides, after a long recess, an international football match is set to be held in this stadium. The eagerness of the spectators have increased as Bangladesh drew with India before this match. We understand the interest of the spectators and supporters. Most of them want to collect the tickets between the match of Bangladesh and Singapore. We are taking preparation to fulfill the desire of the spectators of this match.”
President of Arambagh Krira Sangha Tajwar Mohammad Awal said, ” We want to comeback of the spectators in the galleries of the stadium. We discussed for the return of the football fans to the stadium. The National Sports Council is giving us all sorts of cooperation.”
He said, ” We shall sell the tickets through online. The Marketing Committee and BFF will finalised the price of tickets after a discussion between the two organisation. Then, BFF will formally disclose the price of the tickets.”
“We shall sell eighteen thousand tickets for the spectators of the galleries. Besides, We shall also sell tickets for the other categories. We shall consider the rate of tickets for the benefit of the spectators and also the profit of the BFF”, he added.
