Al Amin, the son of the deceased, who is studying in the final year of Masters in Sherei Bangla Agricultural University, said that after the kidnapping of his father on the last 24th, a ransom of Tk 10 lakh was demanded from his father’s phone. Then I said, I am in Dhaka and will give money. May nothing happen to my father. I came from Dhaka and made a GD at the police station on August 26. The abductor called repeatedly asking to go to different places. The police also tried. At one point I said I want to hear my father’s voice. But they did not do that and abused me inaudibly. Today, after receiving information from the police, I found a half-melted body in the bathroom.
