Guardian Life Insurance Limited has settled claims amounting to Tk 129 crore in the first quarter of 2025, reflecting its ongoing commitment to prompt and transparent service delivery.
Of the total claims settled, death insurance claims accounted for Tk 77 crore, health-related claims stood at Tk 39 crore, while policy maturity and other claims totalled around Tk 13 crore, the company said in a press release issued on Tuesday.
Emphasising efficiency and customer-centric service, Guardian Life reported that 95 percent of all claims were settled within just three working days during the quarter. The company currently provides insurance coverage to employees of over 450 local and multinational organisations.
In Q1, leading telecom operator Robi, among other renowned institutions, joined Guardian’s growing corporate portfolio. As part of its broader commitment to financial inclusion, Guardian Life has so far brought more than 1.26 crore people under insurance coverage and continues to expand outreach across the country.
