In a captivating assembly at Hotel Sea Palace, Cox’s Bazar, Guardian Life Insurance Limited proudly held its Annual Sales Conference 2024, themed around the vibrant slogan ‘Odommo Guardian’.
The event featured the esteemed presence of CEO Mr. Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, along with Mr. Mahmudur Rahman Khan, SEVP & Head of Retail Business and other senior management members. High performing members from Guardian Life gathered to celebrate the remarkable achievements of 2023 while motivating the company’s retail sales force to sustain their exceptional momentum.
Welcoming over 800 distinguished sales managers and financial associates from across the nation, the conference recognized 18 outstanding performers in a momentous prize-giving ceremony. The Head of Retail Business at Guardian Life, Mr. Mahmudur Rahman Khan, orchestrated the event through various activities throughout the day. At the same time, to maintain this trend of success in the future, he encourages his colleagues to focus on developing skilled personnel, providing regular training, ensuring quality sales service, facilitating easier customer onboarding process and enhancing customer service.
A special highlight of the event was the video message from Guardian Life’s sponsor and patron, Mr. Tapan Chowdhury, which greatly inspired the attending sales forces. Additionally, Mr. Tapan Chowdhury’s video message infused new energy and enthusiasm among the officials and staff, playing a significant role in achieving even greater success in the future. He expressed appreciation and gratitude for Guardian’s good governance, professionalism and world-class service. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration between Apex, BRAC, and Square, stating that this partnership will strengthen the goal of “Insurance for All.”
In his closing remarks, Guardian Life’s CEO Mr. Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, expressed heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the retail team and field force for their outstanding success, emphasizing the goal of achieving double targets in the coming year. He urged the team to remain committed to ensuring better organization and higher quality customer service. The conference featured sessions that offered a detailed overview of the organisation’s progress throughout the year, unveiling a forward-looking action plan collaboratively developed by Regional Business Development Managers, Deputy Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Branch Managers. The evening concluded with an eagerly anticipated raffle draw, followed by an extravagant cultural program.
