Grand finale of ‘Lux Channel i Superstar 2014’

Nadia Afrin won this year’s ‘Lux-Channel i Superstar 2014’ crown.The prestigious beauty pageant champion also got the chance to be the ‘Bangladesh Face of Lux’ and awarded a brand new car and Tk 10 lakh.
The award was announced at the grand finale of the beauty contest at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city’s Sher-e-Banglanagar area recently.
Nazifa Anjum won the first runner-up award and got Tk 5 lakh, while the second runner-up Nilanjana Nila
got Tk 3 lakh.Nadia scored the highest at the contest. Judges and audiences marked the participants while scores from the contestants’ previous performances also added to the final round marks.This year Nilanjana Nila, Nazifa
Anjum, Nadia Afrin, Supria Shabnam and Fahmida Tasnim were the last five contestants for the crown of
the champion.They were groomed for months. They did exercise and controlled diet. They also learnt how to catwalk and dance.
