The Board of Directors of Grameenphone Ltd has recommended 50 percent final cash dividend for the year 2013.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on April 9, 2014 at 10:00 am at Bashundhara Convention Center-2, according to a DSE web post.
It said the company has also reported a net profit after tax of Tk 14,701.57 million, EPS of Tk 10.89, NAV per share of Tk 23.06 and NOCFPS of Tk 27.46 for the year that ended on December 31, 2013.
