The interim government has announced the appointment of new deputy commissioners (DCs) for the districts of Kushtia and Narayanganj.
The public administration ministry issued two separate notifications in this regard on Monday.
Kushtia deputy commissioner Toufiqur Rahman has been transferred and posted as deputy commissioner of Narayanganj district.
Shamim Ara Rini, secretary of Gazipur City Corporation has been appointed as the deputy commissioner of Kushtia district.
