Grandmaster Enamul Hossain Razib left the country for England on Wednesday night. Razib played chess and also did coaching. Razib reached Portsmouth of England. Razib’s wife Muntaha Rahman will complete MPhil in Geological Science there. Her time to complete MPhil is one year. During her education, Razib will be with her. If Razib gets chance to play he will give emphasis to take part in the chess competitions.
Razib said, ” The last couple of years no international chess tournament was held in Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Chess Federation only arranged Chess League and National Chess League in the past two or three years. The National Chess League will be held before the ending of this year. I am interested to compete in the competition.”
The Asian Zonal Chess Championship will be held in Sri Lanka in the next month. But Razib is not available for that tournament. He is interested to play in an international tournament in April.
Razib said, ” I shall try to continue online training course for my students, who are interested to develop their performance in chess.”
Razib said he has no contract with Bangladesh Chess Federation.
He said, ” A lot of tournaments are held in the countries of Europe. Visa is factor to play outside of England. I shall try to international tournaments to increase my Rating.”
