Girl’s body exhumed after 2 months in Bogra

The police exhumed the body of the 14-year-old Nahida Sultana who had committed suicide in Erulia Majhpara Fakirpara under Shadar upazila of the district on May 05 this year and conducted a postmortem on Tuesday after quarter past two months.
The body which was buried at Fakirpara grave yard was exhumed with the permission of additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Bogra and a postmortem was conducted in the grave yard by forensic doctors of Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
Nahida Sultana was waiting for SSC result, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Erulia Majhpara Fakirpara on May 05 this year around 9.00am. Victim Nahida Sultana’s parents said their neighbor Rejowan, 21, son of Golam Rabbani of the same village had physical relationship with their daughter as he promised to marry her.
