Gas supply to remain off for 8 hrs in areas adjacent to Dhaka-Aricha highway, Kaliakoir Thursday

Gas supply will remain suspended for 8 hours on both sides of the Dhaka-Aricha highway and in Kaliakoir upazila of Gazipur district on Thursday (June 8) for emergency replacement and removal of gas pipeline.

According to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited, the areas where gas supply will remain off from 12 noon to 8 pm on Thursday include areas under Savar Municipality, Bhatpara, Jaleshwar, Rahason, Kamlapur, Baluspur, Konda, Hemayetpur, Fulbaria, Banktown, Bank colony, Genda, Islampur, Falguni Housing, Falguni Housing, Natarhat, Akran, Kaliakoir, Gowripur, Khejur Bagan, Ashulia, Bara Ashulia, Tongabari,

During the period, the adjoining areas may experience low pressure in gas supply, said the Titas Gas regretting for the temporary inconveniences.
