Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited has announced a 12-hour gas supply disruption in several areas surrounding the Lalbagh DPDC substation in the capital. The interruption is scheduled for Thursday from 10am to 10pm due to urgent pipeline replacement work.
According to the notification issued on Wednesday, affected areas include Islambagh, Rahmatganj, Lalbagh DPDC substation vicinity, Laksam Bazaar, and Chandirghat, among others. During this time, all types of gas consumers in these areas will experience a complete supply shutdown. Additionally, surrounding neighborhoods may face low gas pressure throughout the day.
Titas Gas authorities have apologized for the inconvenience and sought the cooperation of residents during this temporary disruption.
