Full-fledged training with Japanese materials, instructors begin to in Dhaka from Nov

With the objectives to ensure better career opportunities for Bangladeshi youth, also to address the acute labor shortage in Japan’s construction industry, a Japan-Bangladesh joint project is all set kick off under the leadership of Tomohiro Yoshida, Managing Director of Hitech Corporation LLC (Japan).

Hi-Tech Corporation LLC (Japan) and Heartful Limited (Bangladesh) jointly, in collaboration with Trust Technical Training Institute (TTTI), a high-quality training course will be conducted, using construction materials imported directly from Japan.

This training program will officially begin in November and will be provided by experienced and specialized trainers from Japan. Under their guidance, participants will be able to acquire international-standard skills.

Those who successfully complete the training will have direct job opportunities in Japanese companies, which will create a secure career path for them.

Passing reactions in this regard, Tomohiro Yoshida, Managing Director of Hitech Corporation LLC (Japan), said “Our goal is to solve the labor shortage in Japan’s construction industry while also opening up new avenues for Bangladeshi youth to build a future. This project is a huge opportunity for both countries.”

Murad Hasan Zenith, Managing Director of Heartful Limited (Bangladesh, said: “We are committed to encouraging legal and ethical migration pathways. Heartful will provide comprehensive support, from visa processes to settling in Japan and daily life support.”
