Compared to other districts of the country, winter starts a little earlier every year in Thakurgaon, a northern town. The last 3 days of continuous rain have devastated the needy and low-income working people at the beginning of the season. Free winter clothes have been distributed among these people to stand by them. These winter clothes were distributed at the Shantingarh branch of ESDO in the city on Saturday afternoon under the initiative of Jamuna Bank Foundation and in collaboration with Eco Social Development
Organization (ESDO). AMD Abdus Salam, AVP Mostaharul Islam, Dinajpur Branch Manager
Mohammad Sihab, Area Manager of ESDO Muktarul Islam, Meri Begum and others were present at the time. It is worth noting that during the winter clothing distribution, each of the 400 needy and low-income working people was given a free blanket.
