BNP Central Vice-Chairman and former MP of Raozan-Rangunia Alhaj Gias Uddin Quader Chowdhury has congratulated and thanked the members of the Chattagram District Police and all other forces for unraveling the mystery of the murder of BNP leader and businessman Md. Abdul Hakim, who is widely discussed across the country, and for recovering illegal weapons and arresting those involved in the murder.
In his congratulatory message, former MP Gias Uddin Quader Chowdhury said, ‘I congratulate and thank the members of the Chattagram District Police, RAB and all other forces for unraveling the mystery of the murder of BNP leader and businessman Md. Abdul Hakim, recovering illegal weapons and arresting those involved in the murder.
Due to their tireless efforts, the mystery of Hakim’s murder has been unraveled, illegal weapons have been recovered and the terrorists have been arrested.
In November 2024, I wrote a letter to the Home Advisor to take necessary measures to maintain the law and order situation in Raozan Upazila. I sincerely congratulate all those concerned for taking necessary steps, albeit late.
I request that the real mystery of the incident be revealed and the culprits be brought to justice, subject to an impartial investigation into all the murders committed in the past in this area.
I firmly believe that the Home Advisor will pay due attention to maintaining the law and order situation in Raozan Upazila before and after the announcement of the results of the upcoming 13th National Parliament elections, and all those engaged in maintaining law and order in Chattagram district will take necessary steps.
