A fire broke out on Thursday at a residential building adjacent to Suvastu Tower in Dhaka’s Badda area..
The Duty Officer of Fire Service and Civil Defense Headquarters Khaleda Yeasmin, said that the massive fire broke out on the 4th floor of the six-story building around 14:36 pm and spread soon.
Two firefighting units rushed to the spot and extinguished the blaze around 15:08 pm based on the information.
The origin of the fire and extent of the damage could not be known immediately.
