The OTT platform is a blessing for Tama Mirza. Through this medium, she has made a new name for herself with ‘Khachar Bhetor Achin Pakhi’ and ‘Shat Number Shooting Floor’.
After that, she also made her mark on the big screen with ‘Suranga’ and ‘Daagi’.
However, Tama Mirza made her debut in cinema a decade and a half ago. At that time, she acted in several films.
Among these, there are some films whose shooting has not been completed and some films whose shooting has been completed but have not been released.
One such film is ‘Mon Je Bojhe Na’. Tama acted opposite Arifin Shuvoo in this film.
The film is being released in theatres across the country on November 7, a decade after the start of shooting.
However, the title of the film has changed, not only that, the director and producer have also changed.
The shooting of this movie started in Sri Lanka in 2013. At that time, it was titled ‘Lovely: Mon Bojhe Na’.
The movie was supposed to be directed by the late director Sohanur Rahman Sohan, but he backed out before the shooting started.
The shooting started under the direction of Faizul Islam Shaheen, who was in charge of producing the movie under the banner of The Rain Pictures.
After returning home, he gave the responsibility of this movie to Shahadat Hossain Liton.
Then the shooting continued under his direction. The news of the end of the shooting was also published around 2016.
After that, no trace could be found. Finally, the movie is seeing the light of day. However, no one is in charge of the director and producer of the movie.
According to the clearance certificate of the Film Certification Board, the movie was directed by Ayesha Siddika under the banner of Impress Telefilm. The new title has been given, ‘Mon Je Bojhe Na’.
Announcing the release of the movie, director Ayesha Siddika wrote on Facebook, “Produced by Impress Telefilm, directed by Ayesha Siddika, a heart-touching romantic and family story ‘Mon Je Bojhe Na’ is coming. It is releasing on November 7.
In every frame of this movie, we have tried to highlight the story of society, life and human feelings. Your love and support will make our journey worthwhile.”
When asked about this, director Shahadat Hossain Liton said that he stepped down after completing some parts of the film. Later, Ayesha Siddika finished it.
