The upcoming action movie titled ‘Raagi’ is all set
for its nationwide theatrical release on October 14. Produced under the banner of Astha Kothachitra,
the movie has been written and directed by Mizanur Rahman Mizan, said a press release.
The teaser, trailer, poster and release date of ‘Raagi’ has been announced through a press meet held at Gulshan Shooting Club on Monday night. Bangladesh Film Producers-Distributors Association President Khorshed Alam Khosru, filmmakers Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar, Sohanur Rahaman Sohan, cast and crew of the movie were present among others at the event.
In the movie, newcomer actor Parvez Abir Chowdhury and action queen Munmun will be seen in an action mood. The movie also casts Anchal, Moumita Mou, Shatabdi Wadud, Maruf Aqib, Khaleda Akhtar, Shakeel Ahmed, Kazi Hayat, Antara Zaman, Bobby, Zia Talukder, RF Romeo, Lion and others.
Actor Abir Chowdhury said, “I would like to thank my team and in particular my director and producer. This is the first time I’ve worked on such an action film. I hope that the audience of Bengali movies will love this one. My sincere best wishes to my entire team.”
