Mahfuzur Rahman (former Senior Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh) as Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration and Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee, Abeda Akhter (former Additional Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh) and Md. Giash Uddin, FCA, as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, says a press release.
