Farmers’ seminar held marking Ho Chi Minh’s 134th birth anniv

In celebration of the 134th Birth Anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, a seminar was convened at Shanbandha, Maninkonj, focusing on “Father of the Nation of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on farmers and the promotion of farmers to farmers Relations Between Bangladesh and Vietnam.”

Presided over by Dr. M Jahangir Khan, President of the Bangladesh group for the study of Comrade Ho Chi Minh’s works, and featuring Dr. Mohammad Shamsher Ali, Former Director General of Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture, as the Chief Guest, the seminar attracted notable figures including H.E. Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Ambassador of Vietnam, who graced the occasion as a Special Guest.

During the seminar, discussions revolved around the significance of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideas on agriculture and the strengthening of farmer relations between Bangladesh and Vietnam. Dr. Shamsher Ali emphasized the importance of agro-processing in every village as a means to uplift the economy of farmers, echoing sentiments shared by various speakers.
