Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Md. Ashraful Islam seized an excavator machines (Veku) and three dumper trucks for the crime of digging a pond and selling soil elsewhere in Baraigram of Natore. He seized the vehicle and the drum trucks while digging Mukul Hossain’s pond in Jamaidighi village of Nagar Union of the upazila on Sunday evening.
It is known from the concerned department and local residents that the soil businessman Md Astore Ali of Dhanaidah area and his companions were digging a pond with an excavator machine in Jamaidighi village.
