Former Adviser to the Caretaker Government and Founding Chairman of ASA, a non-government organisation Shafiqul Chowdhury passed away at Square Hospital in the city on the early hours of Friday. He was 72.
He left behind wife, three sons, a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
