Economic Reporters’ Forum (ERF) expressed deep shock at the death of Mahmooda Khanam, mother of ERF member and Business Desk In-Charge of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Golam Moin Uddin.
Mahmooda breathed her last at a city hospital early Thursday while undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital.
She had been suffering from old-age complications and pneumonia.
She is survived by two sons, two daughters, relatives and well-wishers.
Moin Uddin’s mother was buried in the family graveyard next to the grave of her husband late Qamar Uddin Ahmed at Baghrua village of Netrakona Sadar Upazila after Zohar prayers.
