A virtual meeting was held on Thursday between the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) and Lulu Hypermarket (UAE) to explore sourcing opportunities for Bangladeshi products.
EPB Vice Chairman Md. Anwar Hossain presided over the meeting, reports BSS.
The meeting focused on the potential sourcing of Bangladeshi products, including fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood, electronics and home appliances, as well as kitchen and household goods by Lulu Hypermarket.
The representatives of Lulu Hypermarket reaffirmed their commitment to deepening trade collaboration with Bangladesh and announced plans for a high-level delegation to visit the country in mid-September 2025 for further discussions.
