Bangladesh Railway has decided to run 20 Eid special trains to facilitate holidaymakers during Eid-ul-Azha.
These Eid special trains will start their journey on Wednesday, reports media.
This information is obtained from the action plan taken by Bangladesh Railway on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
According to the action plan, “Chandpur Eid Special” will run on the Chittagong-Chandpur-Chittagong route for seven days from Wednesday.
At the same time “Dewanganj Eid Special” on the Dhaka-Dewanganj-Dhaka route, “Mymensingh Eid Special” on the Chittagong-Mymensingh-Chittagong route, “Cox’s Bazar Eid Special” on Chittagong-Cox’s Bazar-Chittagong route will run.
These trains will run from Wednesday to the day before Eid and seven days after Eid.
Besides, the “Parbatipur Eid Special” will run on the Joydevpur-Parbatipur-Joydevpur route on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and after Eid on June 21-23.
“Sholakia Eid Special” on Bhairab Bazar-Kishorganj-Bhairab Bazar route, “Sholakia Eid Special” on Mymensingh-Kishorganj-Mymensingh route, “Gor-e-Shahid Eid Special” on Parbatipur-Dinajpur-Parbatipur route; “Gor-e-Shahid Eid Special” will ply on Thakurgaon-Dinajpur-Thakurgaon route only on Eid days.
